I started my career in the high-energy worlds of engineering and game development. In those early days, I learned a fundamental truth: Technology is only as good as the judgment behind it.

As an employee, I often felt the frustration of watching brilliant ideas stall—not because the code was bad, but because the decisions being made were based on popular trends rather than the root of the problem. I saw a “Management Gap” where the creative spark of a business (the Dionysus) couldn't quite find the technical structure (the Apollo) it needed to survive.

In 2010, I founded GKIM to bridge that gap.

I wanted to build a company that functioned as a supportive, honest partner for entrepreneurs—the kind of partner I wish I'd had. For the last 15 years, we've operated on a principle of Intellectual Honesty.

Today, my team and I operate from our strategic anchor in Cambridge, UK, and our engineering engine room in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We've had the privilege of architecting billion-dollar telehealth ecosystems and systems that manage 100,000+ orders a day with zero friction.
